ff_vk_codec_map currently is an array indexed by AVCodecID; it has AV_CODEC_ID_FIRST_AUDIO (= 65536) entries, but uses only three of them; only 24B of 1MiB were actually used This commit fixes this by adding an AVCodecID field to the table and making it non-sparse. Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list using
git format-patch or git send-email. Github pull requests should be
avoided because they are not part of our review process and will be ignored.
