The patch will make audio and subtitle packets be marked as AV_PKT_FLAG_KEY. For audio, it'll caused the audio sample to be sync sample. To verify ref/fate/movenc results: 1. Patches should be submitted to the ffmpeg-devel mailing list using
git format-patch or git send-email. Github pull requests should be
avoided because they are not part of our review process and will be ignored.
