This commit does for AVOutputFormat what commit 20f972701806be20a77f808db332d9489343bb78 did for AVCodec: It adds a new type FFOutputFormat, moves all the internals of AVOutputFormat to it and adds a now reduced AVOutputFormat as first member. This does not affect/improve extensibility of both public or private fields for muxers (it is still a mess due to lavd). * This avdevice encoder can play audio to an ALSA (Advanced Linux
 * Sound Architecture) device.
 *
 * The filename parameter is the name of an ALSA PCM device capable of
 * capture, for example "default" or "plughw:1"; see the ALSA documentation
 * for naming conventions. The empty string is equivalent to "default".
 *
 * The playback period is set to the lower value available for the device,
 * which gives a low latency suitable for real-time playback.
