6f7bd8cd90 lavf/bit: Use pkt->size instead of a constant for G.729 frame size. 
Makes the code more readable, the muxer may support variable bit-rate in the future.

d0b8640f75 avformat/bit: only accept the g729 codec and 1 channel 
Other codecs/channel numbers are not supported by this muxer.

eeda2c3de8 avformat/bit: check that pkt->size is 10 in write_packet 
Ohter packet sizes are not supported by this muxer.

This avoids a null pointer dereference of pkt->data.

8de9bb6e5e lavf: remove some flushing in write_packet muxers callbacks. 
Since 4f112a8e3, this is not necessary anymore. Also, it allows to
actually disable the flushing.
