657ccb5ac7 Eliminate FF_COMMON_FRAME macro. 
FF_COMMON_FRAME holds the contents of the AVFrame structure and is also copied
to struct Picture.  Replace by an embedded AVFrame structure in struct Picture.

d36beb3f69 Add ff_ prefix to data symbols of encoders, decoders, hwaccel, parsers, bsf. 
None of these symbols should be accessed directly, so declare them as
hidden.

fef59a5b4b Rename mpeg4 intra vlc tables so they contain "mpeg4", this improves readability 
of msmpeg4 code (one now knows where that table comes from).

49d2d1c35c Explain why the level variable is magically inceased in mpeg4_encode_dc(). 
It must be in a certain range to avoid DC overflows.
