d408b77a3a Add an AV_PRAGMA() macro for constructing _Pragma() directives 
The seemingly equivalent _Pragma(AV_STRINGIFY(x)) is not accepted
by some compilers.

382cb1154c Make av_pix_fmt_descriptors use the same pixel format names as defined 
in libavcodec/imgconvert.c.

Avoid to break compatility when making the functions dealing with
pixel format names in imgconvert.c use the names defined in pixdescs.

6e08ca9c51 Make the pixel formats which were defined as macros: 
PIX_FMT_ARGB
PIX_FMT_RGBA
PIX_FMT_ABGR
PIX_FMT_BGRA

defined as enum PixelFormat values, and viceversa make:
PIX_FMT_RGB32
PIX_FMT_RGB32_1
PIX_FMT_BGR32
PIX_FMT_BGR32_1

defined as macros, also resort accordingly the enum PixelFormat
list.
Also make avcodec_get_pix_fmt() recognize the "rgb32" and "bgr32"
aliases, in order to make ffmpeg pass regressions test.

This change breaks ABI backward compatibility.

f82674e584 Change the RGB5X5/BGR5X5 pixel format defines so that we have little 
endian and big endian variants instead of native-endian ones.

This patch breaks API/ABI backward-compatibility.

49ceb58bf6 Bump major version of libavutil due to FIFO fixes.

breakage is possible without major bumps.

bad5537e2c Use full internal pathname in doxygen @file directives. 
Otherwise doxygen complains about ambiguous filenames when files exist
under the same name in different subdirectories.

987903826b Globally rename the header inclusion guard names. 
Consistently apply this rule: the guard name is obtained from the
filename by stripping the leading "lib", converting '/' and '.'  to
'_' and uppercasing the resulting name. Guard names in the root
directory have to be prefixed by "FFMPEG_".
